Principal M. Williams
I know I am bit late with this email, but before the new school year began and I start in my new position, I wanted to say thank you. Thank you for being an amazing colleague, servant-leader, and facilitator. When I became a coach in October of 2019, I had no exact idea of my vision for my school and teachers. I knew how to mentor and develop relationships, but I did not know what else the district was expecting from me. When you arrived in January of 2020, you hit the ground running by providing us (the coaches in my cluster) with a clear and concise directive based on our schools CSIP and the districts initiatives. Thank you for also providing general knowledge that can help all of us, and also taking the time to assist with individualizing the coaching for our schools. I am really appreciative and thankful for your support and actions that assisted me increasing my confidence in my role, as well as being a change agent in my building. I thank you for always
providing nuggets of wisdom and being a confidant. You were not only a facilitator, but you became a friend. Thank you. –C.A.
I wanted to say thank you from the bottom of my heart to you for all of your teachings, suggestions, support, and insights. You are such a beautiful person inside and out. I have learned so much from you. I always looked forward to our meetings because I knew you would have something to share that I would add to my database of great information. You were a great inspiration to me as I toiled with being in leadership or staying in the classroom. Although leadership is great, the classroom, won this upcoming year. I admire all that you do, and I am so appreciative of your time, thoughtfulness, and dedication to not only the IPLLs, but to people and teachers. It is because of what you shared about and how you modeled questioning, observing, and giving feedback, that I felt much more comfortable in those 3 areas. I started out with all 3 as areas that I wanted to improve and I did. Although this was a
tough year for me, I got a lot of it, and I know that God makes no mistakes. Thank You!
